Cancel your contract

Use this page to cancel your Stagename contract. It works without logging in: we email a link to the address on your order, and your plan is cancelled when you open it (so nobody else can cancel it for you). Your request counts from the moment you send it. Signed in? You can also cancel straight away from your account under Billing. Within 14 days of buying, this is also how you withdraw from the contract (see our refunds & cancellation policy for what's refunded).
