Questions and answers

Stagename gets creators their own domain, registered in their name, and a one-page site designed from their photos. Plans start at £9.99 a month with a .com, .co.uk or .uk included. You can cancel any time and the domain stays yours. Below are straight answers to the questions creators ask most.
Is this just another link-in-bio?
No. It’s your own site on your own domain, designed from your photos. Your links live on it, but your name is the whole thing.
Do I own the domain?
Yes. It’s registered in your name, with your details kept private where the registry allows. If you ever leave, it stays yours: move it to any registrar (.uk straight away, .com and friends after the standard 60-day lock).
What does the domain cost?
Any .com, .co.uk or .uk is included in every plan, registered in your name, and renews within your plan while you’re subscribed. Other endings show a yearly add-on in search, and registry premium names a one-off price. You see it all before you start; nothing new appears at checkout.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing in your account or our cancel page. Your site stays up until the end of the period you’ve paid for, the domain’s auto-renew switches off, and the domain stays registered to you until it expires.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days. Cancel within 14 days and we refund what you paid, minus the first-year domain registration fee (shown as its own line at checkout) once your domain is registered, because it’s in your name and yours to keep. Premium domains (and an add-on ending’s first year) are non-refundable once registered. Refunds & cancellation
How does the email address work?
On Center Stage and Backstage Pass, mail sent to an address like hello@yourname.com is forwarded to the inbox you already use. After set-up, our email provider Cloudflare sends one verification email to that inbox: click the link in it and forwarding starts. You reply from your usual address.
Can I link to OnlyFans and other 18+ platforms?
Yes. Your links can go anywhere you earn, adult platforms included. Your Stagename site itself must be safe for work, and sensitive links sit behind an 18+ tap-through.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Not yet. Every plan comes with a new domain registered in your name. If you already own yours, email hello@stagename.me and we’ll tell you when connecting your own domain opens.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. Search your name, add your photos and links, pick a design. Change anything later from your account, on your phone or laptop.
